I love seeing people thrive, and this is why I coach awareness, in people’s private lives as well as in their professional lives. It’s what gets me out of bed in the morning! Why I started this blog
I started this blog to share interesting information and insights that has helped me establish and evolve Emotional Resilience Techniques into what it is today. ERT is built upon understanding and processing human emotions, and this blog will follow in this path.
What you can expect from the blog
I will be sharing regular information, ranging from tips and tools, suggestions, topics of interest, case studies and a whole lot more. We will be posting regularly and sharing these via our social media channels, so keep your eyes out!
