Mental Toughness

Next 3 week live Zoom Program:

Now more than ever we need to find a way to have mental toughness!

Run over three successive weeks, these are small group Zoom sessions, specifically geared to provide people with the emotional resilience techniques to get through difficult times, allowing them to find ways to be fully present regardless of the external circumstances around them, to embrace challenges instead of acting out or running from them, and to gradually shift one’s perspective on life, building Grit – courage and resolve- strength of character!

This course is hugely beneficial to your work life and home life, especially appealing to those based from home.

  • Small group Zoom live evening classes from our studio in Norwest

Stress Management

Develop a deeper understanding of what stress is, gain an understanding of triggers, and learn ways to reduce and manage stress in your life.

Zoom Group Mindfulness

During this time of restrictions whilst people are at home, we would like to provide a special FREE Class, giving you access to a way to relax and reduce stress & anxiety.

Learn what mindfulness is and how to harness this brain skill to gain clarity, focus and direction in your life. This program is run by our director, Cindy Steer, trained in Mindful Meditation and Mind Based Stress Relief.

There is a powerful energy in doing this in a group, with the added benefit of keeping you accountable to your mindful goals.

What’s included?

  • Zoom group classes
  • 45 minute class (30min plus 15min social time at end – grab a cuppa and chat)
  • Formal meditation techniques
  • FREE to all

When?

  • Saturdays:  3:15pm – 4pm

Women’s Retreats
