The Conscious Leadership Course has been developed due to feedback from our clients looking for ways to better engage and work effectively within their teams. Facilitated by our Director, Cindy Steer, trained in Mind Based Stress Relief (MBSR), the course learnings are applicable to business and tradespeople in management roles of all levels and ages. Women’s Retreats Would you have a small group of ladies that would like to get away for a few days to reset and re-charge in nature? Perhaps you have considered the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace but never had the time to explore/implement?

  • 2 Night stay at Wallarah Lodge, Murrays Beach
  • 1.5 hours drive north of Sydney
  • Retreat by our Director, Cindy Steer, trained in Mind Based Stress Relief and Mindful Meditation
  • Daily mindfulness activities
